Mosaic hops were released in 2012, having been developed by the Hop Breeding Company. A daughter of Simcoe and a Nugget-derived male.
Complex multi-purpose hop with tropical and soft fruit flavours on display in a range of styles, delivering vibrant aromas and exceptional versatility.
