Endeavour hops were bred and developed at Wye College in Kent in 2002. They are a cross between US Cascade and a British hedgerow hop.
Endeavour delivers a more delicate profile than US Cascade, combining complex blackcurrant, loganberry and spice aromas with clean grapefruit and lime flavours when used later on in the brew.
Expect the following aromas:
