Wai-iti hops were developed by Plant and Food Research Centre in 2011, it was selected for its low alpha acid and high essential oil content. Wai-iti is a granddaughter of Liberty. You can expect aromas of fresh peaches and stone fruit to dominate flavour profile when applied in late additions.
