Product Details
US Cascade hops were bred in Oregon in 1956, although they were not released until 1972. The variety resulted from the open pollination of a Fuggle-type seedling derived from crosses with the Russian Serebrianker variety.
Cascade can be used throughout the brewing process and across a wide range of beer styles. It displays floral and spicy notes, supported by vibrant citrus and stone fruit character.
