Talus hops are a bold and aromatic hop variety. They are known for their unique blend of citrus, floral, and woody character. Developed by the Hop Breeding Company, Talus is the daughter of Sabro. This open-pollinated male gives Talus a distinct lineage and expressive profile.
Expect bright notes of pink grapefruit, dried roses, pine resin, tropical fruits, and hints of sage. It’s a versatile hop often used in IPAs, pale ales, and experimental styles, offering brewers a way to craft beers with layered aroma and complexity.
