The Quantum Series is a portfolio of hop‑derived, varietal‑specific solutions developed using proprietary ultra‑low‑temperature extraction technology. This process enables the production of exceptionally aromatic hop extracts that represent some of the finest available in the market.
Unlike conventional CO₂ extraction, which is largely optimized for alpha acid recovery at the expense of delicate aroma compounds, the Quantum process was engineered from the outset to preserve the most volatile hop aromatics. The result is a truer expression of varietal character with enhanced aroma fidelity.
