Most hops are a sister to both Jester and Olicana. The first Charles Faram Development Programme variety to be grown outside of the UK. Released commercially in 2020, this variety now grows across Czechia.
Versatile and clean with a unique flavour profile, displaying red fruit characteristics in darker beers, and adding stone fruit and citrus when used as a late or dry hop in pale brews.
