Idaho 7 hops, selected by Sierra Nevada from experimental hop varieties grown at Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho. Then becoming a commercial variety in 2015.
Idaho delivers layers of bright citrus and gentle pine, creating well-rounded flavour additions throughout the brewing process.
These vibrant characteristics make Idaho 7 an excellent choice for IPAs, pale ales, and other modern craft beers seeking a balance of juicy fruit flavours and classic American hop character.
