Dr Rudi hops, bred by the New Zealand Horticultural Research Centre and released in 1976. This hop was then named Dr Rudi in 2012 after its breeder, Dr. Rudi Roborgh.
These hops deliver excellent bitterness while also creating resinous, citrus and pine aromas that suit a wide range of beer styles
