Azacca hops were bred by the ADHA and released in 2013. With heritage including Northern Brewer, Summit™ and the Japanese variety Toyomidori, Azacca® takes its name from the Haitian god of agriculture.
This excellent all-rounder hop delivers big flavours of citrus and tropical fruits, notably orange, pink grapefruit and mango.
