Anchovy hops originated at Segal Ranch in Washington’s lower Yakima Valley as cultivar 24B-05 before two Seattle brewers renamed the variety Anchovy.
Despite its unconventional name, Anchovy delivers distinctive notes of fresh watermelon and sweet candy with a backbone of clean citrus.
