Anchovy hops originated from Segal Ranches in Washington’s lower Yakima Valley as the cultivar 24B-05. Two Seattle brewers then renamed the variety Anchovy.
Despite its unconventional name, Anchovy delivers distinctive notes of fresh watermelon and sweet candy with a great note of clean citrus.
